That's one of the theme tunes for Salad Fingers. Pretty creepy, but I would say that the creepiest, though really awesome, two songs are Prison Sex by Tool (disturbing music video) or Heroin by the Velvet Underground. Great songs but very unsettling.Biek said:

Slipknot's "Iowa" and "Virus of Life" at first disturbed me a little bit but as my personal psychosis grew I came to warm to them.
I have another vote for "Every Breath You Take" and one for the Bastard Fairies' "Rollerskate Song". Or "The Greatest Love Song"; I know that couple. Eew.
