Sonic Adventure standout levels.

I got Sonic Adventure on XBLA yesterday and I loved the Red Mountain(Sonic) stage, where Sonic goes around the mountain in a ton of different ways (ziplines, rockets, ladders, monkey bars, alongside the running and jumping), which got me feeling nostalgic and thinking about the best stages in the game like Red Mountain. Any Escapists got their own favourite stages?

I'd have to say that Speed Highway one, or whatever it was called. Can't rememeber why, but I remember liking that level the last time I played it.

If Sonic Adventure 2 still counts in this whole thing, I'm going to go with City Escape. It flows so well together, the music is great, and it just sets the mood for the rest of the game.


I don't really have a favourite Sonice Adventure 1 stage...i found it quite mediocre compared to all of 2D ones, and most of the 3D ones as well =S

I liked Speed Highway, and the Ice one with the snowboarding segment towards the end.

Speaking of SA2, City Escape is one of the greatest opening levels to any game ever.

I also really hope they release SA2 on the XBLA.

#FOLLOW ME, SET ME FREE, TRUST ME AND WE WILL ESCAPE FROM THE CITY# Dammit that was so brilliantly cheesy. Sonic songs have always been great.

OT: I loved the level on the egg carrier. And all the boss fightss and sections that came with it.
