My only wish was that this was somehow ported onto the consoles since I already own Generations and Unleashed on the 360 and can't see myself getting the PC version at this current time.

Unless you know everyone on the PC side is calm and cool with Deus Ex Directors cut staying Wii U only and the same for this then we can call it equal.

AW HELL NAW. They need to make the Director's Cut stuff be available as a DLC - or do like CD Projekt did and provide the enhancements for free (of course they won't, but hey, I can dream) to all the owners of the original (that includes the console gamers).

Aw hell yes, some new awesomesauce levels for Generations. I tried it out and it's absolutely and positively awesome. Now I only have to wait 'till Meltponterations is complete (this will take like... another two years I think) and everything will be super-happy.
But wouldn't that also imply the same happen for this Sonic generations mod if at all to be fair?.

...no, console gamers had Unleashed five years ago. Nintendo gamers included.
Well the same can go for people that played Deus Ex HR two years ago on PS3/360 and PC..

I mean think about it if PC only people get this and Deus Ex HR directors cut then they will have two things while the consoles will only have one so it doesn't really seem fair.

The only way it's fair technically at the moment is that the U is getting this game after two years and PC people get Sonic Unleashed levels free of charge.

I don't think it would be fair if one platform had all the breaks and no other one had nothing, then again things should probably stay as they are with Wii U getting this edition of the game and Sonic getting that extra stuff on PC.

No, it can't. Two years ago there was no Wii U. But there were PCs five years ago. Besides, Director's Cut is an official thing, Unleashed Project is a work of enthusiasts.
So why not have those enthusiasts take it to Sega and make it official because if not it won't exactly be fair for PC to have all the nice things and consoles have jack nothing in terms of uniqueness.

Unleashed and Colors porting has been going on for a while. Where were you guys when Melpontro released his stuff?

I mean, porting is one thing, but creating a whole new level? That takes skill.

1. They were posting videos with this stuff on official Sega Forums for like more than a year. It's obvious that Sega doesn't give a damn.
2. There is a way to play Sonic Unleashed levels on consoles. It's called Sonic Unleashed.
3. Remember that one time when enthusiasts remade Streets of Rage? Yeah.
Fair enough Sega didn't respond at all but here's the thing, you want that Deus Ex changes to come to the PC and if it doesn't (most likely won't) then it's going to have to be a deal with it moment just like Sega not listening.

I want DEHR changes to come on all the platforms, not just PC. If there's enough fan demand, SqEnix would do that. Maybe some time after the Wii U release, but nonetheless.
The game is two years old which is why I'm doubting it.

Why not let the Wii U have it's own slice of cake for people that haven't played HR yet but would like to on the U?.

I've seen this happen all too often on here when it comes to Wii U and it goes like this:

"I wish that game came to PC/360/PS3"

Then when it happens the same people go "Oh well there goes any reason for me getting a Wii U"...

The same situation is happening right now and it's not really all that fair if the Wii U gets nothing unique like what they have currently because at the end of the day if it did happen and everyone got the exact same on other platforms people on here will end up saying "they only have that gimmicky pad".

Regardless of Sega not listening if the same happens with Enix then PC sonic will have the extras and the consoles won't and the Wii U will have the nice directors cut and the other platforms won't.

if you give everyone everything exactly the same the end result will always be parroted as "it's much better on pc/plays better/is superior" etc.

EDIT: I'd also like to add that if players wanted to play HR they can on their platforms since the game is playable on them and isn't really broken to a point where it's unplayable, the Wii U version just happens to get that special bit of treatment just like Sonic fans gave the treatment by adding the mod.

[sub]Also I enjoyed the night stages. In fact, my main complaint with that game was Eggmanland. Fucking ridiculous.[/sub]
Lord. xD I hated that level too. I was on the Wii version, so I can't even begin to fathom the PS3/Xbox version's Eggmanland...

OT- WILL REINSTALL. You enthusiastic modders, you deserve my money, what with Sega not selling Unleashed for PS3/X360 anymore due to the failure of Sonic 2006. :-/
