Sopa and E3

So are people still boycotting E3 because of their support of Sopa? I haven't heard anything about this in a while. I have a much longer memory and far less forgiving nature than most but I'm still hoping people haven't forgotten already. They did try to destroy the internet as we know it in the name of profit... Did they even retract their support after it was defeated as a pathetic and shallow attempt to endear themselves? Or did they never retract knowing that in a month most people wont remember?

I don't know, really, since our goals were pretty much met four months ago. Granted, there's still nonsense like CISPA running around, but AFAIK E3 hasn't publicly supported it yet.

I think they dropped support before it was defeated but I'm not 100% sure. Like I say though the simple fact they dropped support means the boycott isn't going to happen.

The ESA dropped support of SOPA before the bill was defeated, but at the time when it was clear the bill wasn't going to make it. Make of that what you will, but that's good enough for me, so I'll be paying attention to E3.
