Sore Throat :(

I have a sore throat and it hurt. No really it hurts. You didn't see that one coming did you? I'm just wondering if anyone has some funny or weird homemade cures for this, or any other illness for that matter. I need to get prepared! "because knowing is half the battle!"

Try gargling with (H2O2)Hydrogen Peroxide or warn salt water.

A fresh orange should help fight it off and do a bit of pain relief.

I took some pain medication, but it hasn't really helped me that much. I think the area where it hurts is shrinking though.

Castor oil. A couple of teaspoons of that and you will feel better. Can also mix it with a tiny bit of lemon juice.

Ingest some termites.

Trust me, after the horrible pain and scarring, you might be all right.

Gah, us Midlander's get all the shit; up North this is just like breathing for them, n in the South, they have too much money to be ill (nothing can stand up to the raw power of Capitalism!! Not even the Flu!)
But then again, we get all the awesome stuff the other Two areas don't get; the discovery of DNA, Pork Pies being invented and the devide between East and West Midlands, nothing can beat that underlying tollerance.

Ahh...just last night I got an incredibly sore throat and a stuffy nose. My sister got it and came home from college, left a day later and now I have it. Poop.

What I'm doing is consuming a lot of cough drops, eating lots of peanut butter, gargling hydrogen peroxide, and taking an ibuprofen every once in a while. Seems to be working well so far.

I used to get strep throat all the time as a kid and I used to drink orange juice all the time.

It'll sting going down, but it always seemed to shorten the time I had a sore throat.

That or take a lot of Ludin's Cough Drops. Always the brand I used and at least made it barable to have a sore throat.
