All PS3 copies will be region free anyway, and there might be some region free copies on Xbox 360. Never know.

DOES ANYONE EVEN CARE ABOUT THIS GAME?!? Ok, rage moment over. This could be a good game, but I am instantly biased due simply to the title. They could have made it s seperate IP and had it go on it's own merits, but NO, they had to make this game associated with the original Two Worlds. *massive facepalm*

Everyone told me Two Worlds sucked, so I never tried it until it was 3 dollars at gamestop during some sale a few months ago. When I played it, I was floored that I had never played it before then. The first couple hours were really slow, but the game gathered momentum and is now one of my favorite games. That might have to do with the fact I only payed 3 dollars for it. If I had paid 60 dollars for it and played it before you could install games to the xbox hard drive, I might have been pretty disappointed.

I imagine if all the people who panned it as it released went back and tried it installed onto the hard drive, they would find a pretty satisfying game. It also helps to have a sense of humor about the whole thing. The middle english voice acting was just epically hilarious. It was like playing the Spinal Tap of RPGs.

I posted this over on the EG forums, but thought you might appreciate it as well:

Okay, little update for those not following on the official unofficial TW2 forums:

Southpeak, the publisher for UK/US/Australia, has said to many people who have telephoned the head office that it is being released on the 5th October.

Zuxxez, the Continental EU publisher, is still saying 21st.

However, the CEO of Topware dropped into the forum and basically said that for the US/UK/Australia "Technically a release date before October 21st is not possible". Which is probably where Play.com and others are getting the 29th October from. Southpeak are still saying 5th October even after being told what the Topware CEO said.

So I don't know who to believe. Technically I should believe Southpeak because they have the final say on the release date, but why would the Topware CEO say that it's 21st at the earliest?
Play.com are basically out of the running - after all, they still have Fable 3 down as October 29th for the PC, when there is no confirmed date (same with Gameplay).

So we are still in the dark, but are now down to 2 possible dates (3 if you include play.com).
