I must say, this was several times better than I expected. It's not exactly what I want, but it seems like a a mix of a lot of Doom 1 with a small part of Doom 3, as opposed to the unholy abomination I was expecting. I do mirror what others have said about the BFG, but the several different grenade/rocket alt-fires seem like a good variety.
Also, being able to turn off those horrid glowing execution prompts is very good to hear.

The BFG misses that hell baron and the leashed energy was still able to jib it all by itself. That's serious firepower. It's a wipe at whatever you shoot at it seems, without even having to aim. Maybe it's not visually amazing, but I don't remember Doom 3's BFG being that great either.
Today I saw an Easter Egg which you can find in SP gameplay.
The catch is when you find this hidden classic Doom's place, you can play the original map from the main menu.

I think this I would ask would be immpossible, but I wished if some of the maps had also the old monsters to shoot down.
I hope the Map Maker have this kind of option.

Yeah, I mean the HD 2D Sprites from Doom 2 RPG game.chrissx2 said:
