Do you have any abilities that are hard to come by?

Not really a talent, but its gotten me out of things that should have gotten my ass kicked.(I'm far too tough for that)
Hah, you're like Ryan North [http://www.qwantz.com/index.php?comic=1543], who can fit Batman into any analogy. I could turn a teacup into a weapon (just smash it and use it as a knife), or a plastic bottle (shove it down someone's throat to choke them). I also have a strange ability to be able to think in dialogue, I can come up with entire stories and screenplays for my film-making group or theatre group at university by thinking of possible conversations between characters (though I'm not so good at writing descriptive stuff...).
Thanks! But what is that circular motion-thing? Please elaborate.Outright Villainy said:Hah, you're like Ryan North [http://www.qwantz.com/index.php?comic=1543], who can fit Batman into any analogy. Always.
Ot: I play guitar. But more importantly, I can make a circular motion with both my hands, but in different directions. I don't know anyone else who can do that.![]()
Alright, but it's difficult to explain. Say, take your right hand, and raised it up to you, so you're looking at it side on, so your hand looks like a mouth. Then you make a circular motion from the elbow, so it comes towards you, then away, in a circle. Then do the same with your other hand in anti-direction. If one's clockwise, the other is anti-clockwise. Most people think it's easy, but very few can actually do it. If you think you are, make sure and check carefully, it's probably just one is lower or higher than the other. It's pretty rare that you can do them both independantly. It's like the rub your head/pat your stomach thing, only way harder.Queen Michael said:Thanks! But what is that circular motion-thing? Please elaborate.
I hope by argueing you mean ''discussing''. If you're not, I wouldn't be proud of it.Phoenix09215 said:I play guitar! And I'm am really good at argueing... even if I never have anything tp argue about, because I get along with everyone I hang out with! :3

Reading your posts gave me a feeling that "rolling your r[small]s[/small]" doesn't mean what I think it means. What I mean is to pronounce the r[small]s[/small] in the American way rather than the Swedish way. The American way is, as far as I can gather, to press your tounge against the part of your palate that's pretty far back in your mouth, while the Swedish way is to press it against a part of your palate that's closer to your teeth.Berethond said:But... Well I never said I was proud of it, and I never argue anyways. But the once or twice when I have (once was when a guy stole my friends necklace, which was really important to her as it used to belong to one of her grandparents, and the other time was when a teenager on the bus tried to force this little kid off his seat because there was no where to sit).DYin01 said:I hope by argueing you mean ''discussing''. As for special talents, I play guitar, bassguitar (like most guitarists seem to), drums and I'm a pretty okay vocalist as well.

I've done some consulting before, but I prefer a more practical, hands-on approach. Simply put, if someone comes up with a concept, I make it work.xXAsherahXx said:Wouldn't that make you more of a consultant?chimpzy said:I'm a good problem solver in general, especially when paired up with someone with better creative vision than me.
