Hey at least this president seems to want to actually help children's education unlike the last one who couldn't even read correctly.
I don't like Obama as a president, but these protests seem pretty ridiculous to me. A lot of people are acting as if he is trying to turn these kids into the Hitler Youth, and that is just plain paranoid insanity. The only way it would bother me is in the off chance that he made the speech biased in some way or another towards democrats, but its highly unlikely he would do something like that with little kids.
I feel Obama focuses on perlonging his survival as long as humany possible. He does this through all sorts of new technologies and winning kids over by making politics "cool". I remember all the specials on Nickelodeon (I dont think I spelt that right) where he was promoting himself with all those kids. Great idea there, though make the new generations that can vote in the next few years love you. Although to me it is propaganda and brainwashing and is not right at all. He did it so go him I guess.
Hell all kinds of political ideas have their upsides and downsides. I like the idea of democracy although in the past few years democracy hasnt really been how it was meant to be. That is understandable though as a government grows it stagnates. Communism is an amazing idea although it only works on paper. In an actual scenario human nature kicks in. You cannot have your utopia that Marx worked up. You have people that want power and to control other people. It is an idea that you give to people to believe in.Squarez said:

I believe in revolution. I think we should stop and look at why the country was made. To escape the monarchy of a king that simply didnt care about who we were. We were just another source of income to him. We as a nation should stop and rethink our roots. Learn from out mistakes and become better for it. In a world where nobody cares or listens where all we simply do is look out for ourselves and argue amongst eachother until our faces our red and our voices are hoarse. Where everything has to have a warning because somebody did something stupid and then sued and was given a free ticket for the rest of their lives. Where a woman who leeches off the government is given publicity and is praised for it. These things need to stop. We need to look at what our nation has come to and fix the problems. Something drastic needs to be done instead of little nitpicky shit and little experiments to see if that fixes it. We need to stand up and say enough is enough. We are through with you taxing us dry. If the economy is failing why do you get to stay in a high rise apartment with jets? Why are you living in luxury while people on the street die of disease and famine. Why do our leaders get hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and then say we are all suffering?
I could go on and on.
