It's official, folks. Spidey's coming home to Marvel Studios. Sony's still gonna have a big hand in the matter, of course, and they'll be in charge of his solo movies, but Marvel gets input, and Marvel gets him for Avengers and, hopefully, some sort of Civil War appearance.

This makes me happy, so unspeakably happy.

According to Marvel, he'll be in a Marvel film before his own. My guess would be Captain America as that makes more sense than Doc Strange or Guardians 2.
