splinter cell games without cut scenes?

in every splinter cell game i played for the pc there were no cut scenes, does anyone know why?

You mean no pre-rendered cutscenes or no in-game cutscenes? I'm pretty sure there were no pre-rendered cutscenes in the Splinter Cell games, though I could be wrong.

Sometimes, pirates remove the cinematics and other 'fluff' for the sake of making the download smaller.

The storyline cutscenes aren't very important in the first 3 Splinter Cell games, they'll serve to introduce you to the characters but that's it. Double Agent adds a stronger focus to the plot line and the decisions you make affect it, so the cutscenes in that would be pretty important if you wanna get the most out of the game.

Lastly, instead of having an in game Tutorial, Splinter Cell games usually have Training Videos. These are the one's you need to watch, they aren't cutscenes, but they are videos within the game and they serve a purpose. Just search for them on YouTube. They're quite bad ass and they may also offer some insights that you probably hadn't picked up on.
