Splitfish Frag PS3 controller

So, I didn't know this amazing piece of hardware existed until Monday. Which made me super excited because it's exactly the thing I've been wanting to make my console FPS games just that much better. Anyway, I'm now anxiously awaiting it's coming in the mail, but in the mean time I'm wondering if anybody's used this and how is it, really? Has it ever glitched or not worked for a game?

Indeed but I'm bored at work and not really into youtubing here lol. Plus it's fun to actually have live feedback... but anyway... maybe I'll check them out tonight.
