This could just as easily have gone in off-topic, but with everyone being careful not to spoil the Mass Effect 3 ending for those of us too wrapped up in other things to have even played Mass Effect 2 yet (AREN'T YOU? GOOD! VERY GOOD!), I figured I could get away with putting it in game discussion.

It seems like if there's a property I'm interested in (e.g., Fallout 3 or Game of Thrones), the longer I put off looking into it the less I care about spoilers. Sometimes it gets to the point where I seek out the spoilers myself.

Anyone else experience this? What's your personal threshold for no longer caring about spoilers?

Yeah actually and usually if the "punch" from the spoiler is well done, it's still emotionally exhilarating and "shocking" even if you know it's coming. And if the rest of the story is good enough you get so wrapped up in what's happening in that moment that you forget about the spoiler anyways.

Point is a good plot is a good plot
