I hate the episodic format.

If I start playing the game and it's not done and all the content isn't there then there's a good chance that I'll get distracted by some other game and then never go back and finish playing the episodic thing.

Like if I played episode 1, did all the stuff in it in a couple of days, and then had to wait a month for episode 2 I would probably never play episode 2 because I'd start a different game and be too consumed by it to want to go back to the old game (especially a game like Hitman which barely has a plot).

Putting built in "breaks" into your game is never a good design decision. You don't want people to put your game down and then have time to forget about it.
