I'm just wondering, do you believe that Star Wars can shine again? We've all seen good extended universe stuff like games and books, but do you think that there can be another good movie one day?
It's a total fanboy fantasy, but I just started reading the X-Wing series by Michael A. Stackpole and it is quite excellent. So excellent that I wish a movie series would be based on it. It would never happen, because there's no Jedi in it so therefore no billions of toys. But still, one can hope right?
So does anyone else have any fantasies/hopes/speculations that they are willing to share?

EDIT: Also, while we're daydreaming, I want Battlefront 3 and Republic Commando 2. Seriously in this day and age you'd think LucasArts would be all over the idea of making a new Star Wars shooter. Sigh...
