So... the concept of Star Wars: Underworld inspired the Coruscant Nights trilogy which inspired... this, maybe? This was always the part of the timeline that got a lot of talk and planning, but little actual content. Color me mildly interested, though I'd really rather have Underworld. Star Wars content aimed at kids tends to be pretty formulaic.

From what I read of this guy he seems to be an eu master which means hopefully we can see jax pavan and ferus olin on screen or at least not have them retconed out

I doubt that Jax Pavan and Ferus will make an appearance. Perhaps a background cameo, but I think they intend to stick with new characters. Which I actually like. What made The Clone Wars fail in its later seasons was the fact that they threw everyone but the main three characters into the background. It made certain allegiance shifts jarring to say the least. Barriss hadn't had a speaking role since Season 2, and then suddenly in season 5 she turned evil.

Pablo Hidalgo is one of the EU masters, alongside Leeland Chee, like I said above. He wrote the Essential Reader's Companion, which catalogs every single piece of EU, Infinities, and Film/TV Canon material ever released.

A character I would like to see show up is Quinlan Vos. He had a guest appearance in one episode of The Clone Wars, where he played Surfer Dude Jedi. Not quite his comics portrayal, but I didn't hate it, and it went with his rogue streak.
