I am just going to wait for TB or day[9] to cast them, more fun that way.

I can understand wanting to watch it now, as it happens and be the first to see it or whatever but it's not for me.

Day[9] is at ceBIT and IEM casting a good number of these matches!

That's why there's no dailies just now.

The schedule starts in the normal morning time (9 or 10am, German time) and finishes up 4 or 5, unless there's AWEOMS TIES like today :D

I knew he was going to Germany to cast, I watch his dailies religiously even though I don't have the game yet.

I assumed he would do something with TLO 'cos he was on his friends-day wednesday some time ago.

Just a tip ... don't delete peoples names or the code after it or they won't know you quoted them.

To play the game I need to get a processor first, which I am saving up for. When I get on to the multi-player I am hoping to jump straight to silver 'cos it would make my year!

I am going to do alot of matches against the comp first to get the mechanics down, like hot keying and "all that good stuff".

EDIT: why the hell is there an MM thing under my badges? I couldn't care less about it.

Yeah just be careful no to get too used to ai. People are sooo different, its a huge problem i had cos i got used to the ai tactics and then forgot to scout and used bad tactics for ages, i'm pretty special but its easy enough to slip into :p
Yeah last year i just learned to ignore that. :)

I am just going to use them to train my hot keys and stuff, probably just try and crush them with rushes and stuff.

Rather than trying to do stuff like drops and the like.

Yeah its a really good idea for hotkeys and mechanics but the ai always does the same thing and cant really deal with proper macro.(For the laugh i went 14 warpgate, soo funny)But I did find it was really handy to practice against early rushes since ai does it so much and i had a lot of trouble with it

Personally i prefer husky out of those two, simply for "its h to the usky usky" :)
but i would choose day9 over them any time, he has such a good knowledge of the game and strategies

Yeah, the comp always rushes in every RTS game like SC.

I used to play C&C skirmishes and hard computers would always just dominate me by rushing. After I watched loads of day[9] I played SC2 in C&C (using tactics from SC2 in C&C) which is kind of hit and miss (keeping your money under 1K when alot of things cost over 1K is not good!) but I basically kept up pressure and just ended up toying with the computer.

I made so many marines (see what I mean about SC2 tactics), 100+ and deployed them around his base, moving them closer and closer in. He had mined out his main so his harvesters were leaving it's base to mine, which meant they were headed stright for my marines ... granted alot got ran over. To cut a long story short, I starved out the A.I and slowly took out his base till he was left with one barracks and his command centre ... and thats when it gave up.

I so was happy, not only did I beat the A.I on hard for the first time, I made it quit.
