Starcraft 2 Release Date

Ok, I was just checking around on GAME.co.uk to see if there was anything good to get when I stumbled across Starcraft 2. Thinking that it was no-where near its release date since the beta only came out a few weeks ago I clicked on the icon only to find that the game will come out on the 26th March 2010, that around 3 weeks time !!! Now what I am wondering is whether this is legitimate or not as GAME.co.uk haven't been wrong before as far as I know, but on the same token they seem to know more than Blizzard about it's own game's release date. Or maybe Blizzard are just being stealthy and wondering if anyone will notice or not, who knows.

What do you guys think of this?

Well, they'd be pretty stupid to put up a release date if they weren't even sure they were getting the game in stock for that time. So yeah, I think it's legit.

Retailers are notorious for putting up release dates to help drum up pre-orders.

Until you get a solid release date directly from Blizzard, everything else is bullpoop.

Blizzard stated that the the beta will last around 3+ months so this is bullcrap.

The fucker at Gamestop told me it's around June/July, and I wont have time to play that game till summer, so for my sake I call bullshit.

'Course it's not legit. Most stores just have a release date, because they're required to have one. I remember about a year ago, my local store said that Uncharted 2 would come out in April.
