StarCraft II Beta soon to launch?

It looks as if StarCraft II beta will launch in the *cough*'near*cough* future.

Any thoughts?

As in infiltrating Blizzard's HQ and steal the release date of StarCraft II? Hell, yeah I would even play that.

Oh for crying out loud x.x;;. Was hoping that the damn game finally comes out before I get my new desktop. Seeing this is the Beta, seems like in two weeks I'll be able to play all, and I mean *all* my original games, and won't get the one new one...

Of course I'm yelling out of spite, and all that, so ignore me on this...

Oh for crying out loud x.x;;. Was hoping that the damn game finally comes out before I get my new desktop. Seeing this is the Beta, seems like in two weeks I'll be able to play all, and I mean *all* my original games, and won't get the one new one...

Of course I'm yelling out of spite, and all that, so ignore me on this...

Nah it's alright. Maybe you'll get plenty of time playing SC2 if you do get an SC2 invite. Make sure to setup your battle.net 2.0 account so you're participating in the beta process.

South Koreans don't need to infiltrate Blizzard to get to Starcraft II... They ARE Starcraft II. The reason Starcraft II hasn't been released yet is because every Koreans needs to have at least 2 years' worth of gameplay before the game gets released internationally.

They don't care if you're first in the line or not. It'll be randomly picked. However, they're planning on testing SC2 on a broad range of hardware so 'perhaps' the more unique hardware you got the better chances are you'll get into the beta. Also the beta will be done in phases. America and Australia will be first, then Europe and last Asia if I remember correctly.
