The hype... it's killing me. I can't wait to get my hands on that game. I was also a RTS kid, growing up with games like Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, but my first RTS game was Starcraft and I guess that's why I'm so hyped about this game.

A month today and Mafia 2 is released.

Starcraft 2 is the last game on my mind right now.

Or you can be like everyone else and just get it digitally. Why even bother with midnight releases anymore if I can just download it then and not have to leave?

Some benefits of being in New Zealand is that our midnight is before most of the world, however I wont be able to play until late this weekend or next week. stupid homework.

although I'm 16 now, i dont think i played it when it first came out, however I do remember my love for carriers started very soon after seeing a neighbours game.

I guess the good news for me here is that it'll be going down in price quickly since everyone will already have it.
That's when I move in for the kill purchase.

I'll be waiting a few months to purchase this game, as I'm skint. It's been twelve years, I can wait a while longer.

I call lies on the 16 year olds saying they played Starcraft at 4 years old.
Well, not necessarily, I remember playing Warcraft 2 a fair amount when I was 6, maybe younger. Obviously I had to cheat to finish the game ^^ but I even managed to make my own maps.

I won't be getting to play till the 7th of August because of this damn holiday... should have planned my summer better.

A courier should be bring mine in the next 8 hours. And he is going to end up with a bad case of dead if it takes more than 8 hours.
But it'll take time to hide/dispose of the body if you kill him/her which would take from the already let package or longer time later on if you don't hide the evidence.

Plus the Zerg do enjoy already dead terrans.

Clearly the poster you quoted should harness zerg infestation powers and infest the courier as punishment for failing to deliver on time. Then the courier will be his to use for whatever menial labor is needed.

Why the hell do people have midnight launches for things? I mean, fuck. What is so awesome about waiting in the cold at some stupid hour for something that really doesn't mean that much...

Radelaide is bitter because she might have to go to another store for a midnight launch for the iPhone 4.
It is many things in Durham, NC, but I assure you, "cold" ain't one of them.

16-year-old Sam (Zerg) and Jake (Terran) were true StarCraft kids - they were only four years old when the first game came out, and yet remember playing it shortly after its release. "I really love RTS games," said Sam. "I played a ton of Age of Mythology, and I really love dino-bugs so I just thought the Zerg were awesome."
Thanks, John. My aching knees weren't making me feel enough like a withered old man tonight.
Here, here! The fact that the "Age Of" game the reference was the swan song of the series makes me sad. Not only do I remember the sepia soaked story of Joan D'Arc, but I even remember the sounds of "Gather-er" and "Whoalolooooo". And if that's not old enough, I remember Out Run on my Amiga.

Damn kids, get offa my lawn.

LewsTherin was unavailable for comment, but the hastily scrawled message that was tied to the hatchet tossed at our vehicle was decrypted by our resident code-breaker

Codebreaker: Here it says something about not being able to get Starcraft 2 until...September. And then it goes back to talking about a rage to grind the planet into cosmic dust and kicking puppies into the sun.

[sub]LewsTherin is considering writing the rests of his posts as news broadcasts. Or maybe just referring to himself in the third person more often.[/sub]
