Starting all over agian...shit

Im playing Dragon Age 2 my problem here is that im pretty n00bish coming into RPG's and i feared that i've classed up my character wrong.I wanted a warrior type but i still wanted to preform some magic-like actions, so without doing my research first i picked the rouge, but i classed him up as a warrior.It wasn't a problem early on but, now getting to the tougher opponents it seems like my character is the weak link

any advice or personal experiences

Assuming you got day one release DLC, isn't there a potion in the black emporium that allows you to re-stat a character?

Careful, dude, I 100% seriously got addicted to those potions on my first playthrough. I would do half a quest, go to the Emporium, and re-spec Hawke for no reason other than, "I think I want to move this point from willpower into magic, I don't need that much mana."

If you have it downloaded, it's on the Kirkwall map. Bottom right, if memory serves.
