Status code 80070194 on XBox Live (halp)

I'm trying to rent a movie, and everytime it hits 1% this stupid Status Code crap pops up. I've googled it, but there's hardly anything, and the reasons are contradictory. It's either too many people downloading it or my Xbox just sucks. A few people suggested clearing the cache, which I've done, but no help. I don't really care about the movie, but I would like my freaking points back if I can't even watch it. : /

Anyone have this problem?

How about you contact the people who are payed to help you with this sorta thing (aka m$ customer support)?

Because asking on an Internet forum is a lot easier than dealing with Microsoft.

No it isn't. Seriously, you can't talk with them for 15 mins? Its not like we have all the answers they do. I mean if the code is so rare that they're only a few google hits, whats the chance that we now anything about it?
