I need some help with a problem I am having on steam.
On my computer I have 2 hard drives, C:\ Has basically everything on it, D:\ has just my games and steam. I just reinstalled windows, after I reinstalled all the important programs like firefox anti virus software and so on. I removed my steam folder (but I moved steamapps before I did anything) then I made sure it was uninstalled and everything, then I re-installed it and moved the steamapps folder back into it. But, I now need to re-download all my games again, they are still in the steam apps folder. When I click install (I had to do that the last time I did this, but it did not need to download them) it starts downloading them from scratch.
This would not be a problem apart from the fact that the last time I had to download all of them it took a couple of days, and I now have around double the amount of games than I had then.
So any help would be much appreciated,
