Steam Glitch

I am in no way encouraging people to take advantage of this error and am merely noting it out of interest. But a glitch seems to be causing steam to think people have purchased the game King's Bounty: The Legend and is allowing them to begin downloading it without actually paying.
Thoughts escapists?

It has happened before on trial weekends, just to be reverted later when the weekend is over. But this of course is no weekend. I'm sure everyone who installed a copy will have it stripped away soon.
