Personally I'm not too worried and yet there is still some mistrust left over from the PSN hack, hopefully more information will come to light soon.

Dont leave your credit card/debit info anywhere and change passwords often is the only way to be safe.

PSN was bigger news because they have the biggest user base.. over 77 million people. But this sounds just as bad and dangerous.
