As most of you are probably aware by now, Steam's Halloween sale gives a lot of money off anything horror-related until the 2[sup]nd[/sup] of November. This means that a lot of people holding off on games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent will have something to scare their own pants off with. So the discussion here is simple:

What games that are being discounted under the banner of 'spooky, creepy, scary, eerie or ghostly' are you planning to grab while they're hot?
~
Personally, the three things on my wishlist that I'm really, really into right now, and are discounted, are Amnesia (who isn't?), STALKER: SoC and Cthulhu Saves the World. All of them are cheap as heck right now, with Amnesia for $4 (!!!!!!) so I figure, why the heck not?

Then again, I've never played an actual survival/horror game before, and I've heard Amnesia is pretty damn scary...I should be fine, though, since I won't be playing in a dark room with headphones. ...Right?

I actually just got the Dead Space pack for $17 bucks. I've already played and beaten both games on PC and now I finally get to buy them. Also, if I didn't already have Amnesia, I'd be getting it. I also really want to get Resident Evil 5, but a few of my friends already have the Gold Edition on PS3, so I'll be skipping it. I already have BioShock 1/2 and Left 4 Dead 1/2 so I'll have to skip those. I wanna get Dead Island, but it's only 25% off; I already have Killing Floor and Borderlands and every S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

Plants vs. Zombies. I think that's what I'll buy next. I played it on PC when it first came out and I fucking loved it, and having it on STEAM would be really nice.

Probably the only one I'd consider, on my very limited budget, is Amnesia. I want to Let's Play that game eventually, but I may be too much of a wuss...

I mean, I got too scared to finish Bioshock. I doubt I stand a chance.

I'm not sure how it fits in with the Halloween theme, but Rock of Ages was on my watch list so I figured I'd pick it up whilst it's on sale.

I already have pretty much everything else there that interests me.

They just added a giant jack-o-lantern boulder, probably just so they could get away with calling their game 'Halloween-themed' and putting it on sale.

So I get 25% off and a jack-o-lantern boulder... I'm good with that.

Also, I know it's new, but I would have appreciated them adding Costume Quest to the sale. Looks interesting but more $10 interesting than $15 interesting.

Already picked up Bioshock 2, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat, and Amnesia. Probably all I will buy from the sale. Only played Amnesia, and it is pretty decent so far (has a nice atmosphere, which is a definite plus for a horror game).

I bought Scratches (some kind of horror point'n'click adventure game, looked pretty cool) and the Painkiller pack. I already have Amnesia (and I think I paid full price, too :/), or else I'd get that as well.
