Alright i just got the Penny Arcade games today on steam. The second one runs fine, but the first one wont start.I'll press play, and the screen with the liscence agreement stuff pops up.I click agree and play.Thats when i believe it is trying to go to full screen like the second game, but the game dissapears and you can still hear it.The only way to turn it off from there is to go the task manager then processes.
Do yall know whats going on?
(im having trouble with steam forums right now so that is why im asking here)

EDIT:I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. Nothing happened.
Its not being blocked because i can still hear it playing. The image just disappears
EDIT 2:I got it fixed

Hey I hate to be the one to make the annoying "have you tried deleting the local game files and reinstalling" but....

Have you tried a fresh install of the game?

:p

What OS are you running and what anti-virus/whatever is running :p.

Have you tried cleaning the gunk out of the mouse? etc

Need more information in order to diagnose. System specs? Operating system version? DirectX version? Just saying "it won't run" is a bit like calling an auto mechanic and saying "my car won't start" and expecting him to fix it over the phone, y'know?

Beyond that, try the usual channels---uninstall and reinstall, check to make sure your video hardware is compatible with the game (and just because the second one works does not necessarily mean the first one will---games are squirrelly like that), that sort of thing. And remember, if you have integrated video ("Intel Extreme Graphics Accelerator" or anything similarly named), then expect problems with gaming and get an actual onboard PCI Express video card from Nvidia or ATI/AMD. If your motherboard won't support PCI Express, detonate it with C4 as an abomination against gaming and buy a new PC.
