Steam Problem

Hi, I've recently started using steam and downloaded Company of Heroes and Opposing Fronts (The first expansion) in a special offer. Then i bought Tales of Valor (the second expansion) and here lies my problem:

I try to load up the game, and it takes me to the opposing fronts screen, tells me i can't do the operations missions as i don't have tales of valor, and wont let me use the Americans or Germans in Skirmish until i buy Tales of Valor

I have no idea what to do here, anyone got an idea?

Yes, I'm clicking on my tales of valor in steam, but opposing fronts keeps loading
