steam servers down. . .?

Hey-o!

I logged on to steam to have a bit o' a frag, and it just says "no connection" at the bottom, and refuses to let me play any multi-player gamez/

Logged out, logged back in again, restarted my computer, checked for updates, etc.
Is anyone else having this problem? I can't find anything about scheduled downtime. . . :s

But as I typed that it's back up.

ha! We were talking about this in the TF2 group. Apparently its wonky for everyone. Best advice is just to wait it out.

Yeah i've been having that problem for over a month now, ever since the overhaul.

I know my WarZone in KillZone 2 isn't working right now though, thats an error with the Devs though, stupid servers.

EDI: Yeah Steam just kicked me off, conspiracy children!, its Ubisoft trying to make Valve look bad!.

I have problems playing Steam sometimes. It'll blow over. Trust me.

it is in fact down but as you may know...

the update for TF2 is coming out soon and steam is having lots of problems latly it might have something to do with the update
