Steam Support Stories?

I need to reclaim a hijacked Steam account, and I've been a little nervous this whole time. I have all the proof and CD key cards necessary, and it should be no problem retrieving my account...

Problem is, I've heard of Steam Support not responding for quite some time. Even Steam Support NOT responding at all...this is my first time using it.

So to anyone out there that has had experience with Steam Support, how long did it take you to get a response?

They were really good if I can remember correctly. It's like a special forum where you post your query and someone on their support team responds and helps you out. They were quick and efficient for me anyway.
