I recently bought and downloaded Star Wars: Battlefront II off Steam. I"ve played it before, but never owned it, and I want to have it avalable for use whenever I want.
problem is, i can't play it. I can go to the main menu, options menu, I can watch the opening text crawl, I can even go into the Galactic Conquest map and move my ships a round. It's just whenever I try to actually start a battle, my screen goes black, and then turns back on with the desktop and any other pages open. No battlefront in sight.
What is wrong, and what can be done?
The computer was custom built by some company in the area, and it has windows 7 professional. The processor is an intel core 2 duo, and I'm pretty sure (though not positive cause I can't see it) that the video card is an nvidia geforce 9500 gt.
Please, If there's any way people know how to fix this problem, tell me. I spent, I mean, My dad spent 20 good dollars on this. I'd hate to see it go to waste.
