Irish - I love almost anything to do with potatoes as long as they still taste vaguely like potatoes. (Putting garlic and cheese and bacon in mashed potatoes so they've got a weird texture and I can barely taste potato in there is heresy.)
I was raised Roman Catholic. I'm an atheist now.
I don't drink much, I don't really like the taste of alcohol, and I've never been really drunk, per se, but I see this as a flaw that must be overcome at some point rather than a point of pride.
English - I love tea. All kinds. (Except that Lipton's crap that tastes like hot browned water.)
American - I care way too much about my heritage. (Okay, my dad DID come from Ireland, so it's not that far removed, but still.)
Burgers and fries are appropriate substitutes for healthy food. Ketchup is practically a vegetable. Soda is like water. Water that's AWESOME.
I'm overweight. (Not obese or anything, but I jiggle.)
New Jerseyan - I swear a lot. However, I also know when not to swear.
I care too much that the characters on "The Jersey Shore" are not actually from New Jersey.
Gamer - I wear nerdy clothes: T-shirts with catchphrases and characters on them and an ostentatiously adorable panda hat.
I wear glasses. Sexy, sexy glasses.
I played D&D for most of my childhood.
I don't really talk to people much.
Girl - I like pink.
Every time I see a baby I make noises like this: "oh wook at da widdle baby wid da widdle teefies and da widdle eyes and is so pwecious and eeeeeee"
I am afraid of bugs. Yes, I know they're smaller than me. Yes, I know most of them won't hurt me. They're still creepy. Stop making fun of me and go kill them.
I like anything with a decently-told love story.
English major - I will correct people's grammar and spelling.
I care way too much about the English language.
In conversation, I have actually been known to say things like: "Oh, did you know that word comes from a Latin word that means..." and "That book was written in 18something-or-other by author What's His Face and is meant to really talk about gobbledegook-no-one-cares-about."
I pre-wrote, revised, and edited this very post, and I spent way too damn long doing so.
