First chance I got to hop on the Desert Bus this time around Kathleen was telling about how this one disabled person was going to bake about 6 dozen or so cookies to put up for auction. Seeing her like that outside of ENN and LRR was so candid and spectacular it hooked me immediately. And then the kazoo playing during the bids was a nice touch.
I love the basement party feel to all this, too. Brings me back to my days of yore.
Jerry Lewis can take some notes from these guys.

Keep on Bussin!

It's pretty fucking annoying. I often leave the tab, and whenever I click back in one, I have to click in it again so it registers my scroll. I don't honestly think about where I click, some nonlink space. SUDDENLY DESERT BUS IN MY FACE.

Okay sure charity, there's better fucking ways to advertise than spamming it in my face.

unfortunatly due to summer School I'll miss todays drive but tommorow I'll get to see the end.

The only thing is I'm constantly kicking myself for having no money to donate (literally I can't spare a cent) and it makes me so mad because I want to donate

Listening to Shamus was a highlight for me. So glad I got to see that one live. Love Desert bus and in reponse to the money amount in the comic: maybe 80 dollars but not a dollar eight XD

The chat is absolutely hilarious sometimes, and when the bidding starts, watch out. The "Win a personalized voice clip from Jon St. Jon" auction was downright hysterical. And the crew is great about reading and responding to the chat when they can (though, seriously, don't spam idiot questions like "what do you think of Minecraft" over and over again).

I didn't get a chance to watch any of it today, and I probably missed some epic stuff, but que sera and all that. And remember, if you can't donate, you can still participate! Don't underestimate the value of the voice in the crowd!

... All the schools in my city are closed due to ice conditions. You are aware it's the middle of the frikkin winter, right..? Cause the sun is setting around 4, and I really don't want to be getting gyped of my day during the summer.

Wow. This is the first time I've heard your voice, Shamus. You sound... so... nerdy. I expected your voice to be deep and gritty like a noir detective for some reason.

Also it took a lot of thinking to figure out why Paul was in that weird position (what, is Shamus on the floor above him?) when I noticed he was holding a cell phone to the boom mike.

What is this strange thing, and how do you do it..?
Look at your map, back at me, now look back at your map, now back to me.

Sadly your map only encompasses the united states, But if you got a new map you could see the entire world, like me.

Look down, now back up, where are you? your on an aeroplane to somewhere that's not America.

whats that in your hand? back at me. It's a Work Visa and passport to a country in the southern hemisphere. Look again, the papers are now bribe money.

Anything is possible when you expand your sphere of knowledge and travel the world, I'm on a beach.
