I feel the same way! I read quite a few webcomics, and I never see Girl Genius mentioned, which is a damn shame. There actually is a Girl Genius card game, called "The Works". It's not on the market anymore, but supposedly they're going to make another version soon, so here's hoping.

What I can't get over is that they used a voice actor for Tycho, rather than the dude's real voice. I guess they wanted him to sound sultry, or something?

Maybe I'm just bitter that by the time I get a copy of the Orange Box, beautiful TF2 items like the Iron Curtain will be beyond my grasp forever.

Are you kidding? Gromit could get way more banter across with his eyes alone than that bumbling twit. I mean, humourous banter isn't just about the dialog. I think Gromit's silent discussions would be rather good!
