Who says they didn't think of it, if you catch my drift.

Hard to believe that this could be a mistake, but never question the inherent stupidity of humankind. But it could also be staged of course, or just a brilliant practical joke against that poor reporter.

I wouldn't say dead giveaway.

It could have been a clip from some show like America's Funniest Videos, where they show videos and you can hear the audience laughing.

But in all likelihood it was staged, and I won't deiny that
