I would fund Duke Nukem Forever.

Though I get the feeling it would be about as effective as flushing my money down the toilet.

Sonic pretty much takes the prize for series that NEED to die.
I would make a good Sonic game just to shove it in everyone's face.

Likewise I would make a GTA game for the PC that is a massive multiplayer online game just to spite everyone that hates GTA.

Plus because it would be funny if a bunch of gangsters quit their real life gangs to form digital ones and pedal fake drugs to fake kids.

I'd then win the nobel prize for reducing crime in the US.

I figure if people are just randomly giving me money then all my ideas will work out perfectly ;).

PS. I'd make a real sequal to DoW with all the races. Likewise I'd fund a Warhammer 40k MMOFPS game with fully destructible environments.

What would you sponsor or kill, and why? Anything goes!
This is your chance to post any game you'd ever wanted.
One important caveat: Sequels only! So no own creations! :O
Sponsor:
Timesplitters 4 - assuming it's died with Free Radical
VIB RIBBON - or just release it on PSN. Monster request easily fulfilled. A game as long as your CD collection.

Kill:
Sonic Oh.My.God. Stop releasing titles. It's over.

I would definitally kill the Sequel to Halo (halo 4**). Hey the games were great, but how many times are we going to fight the covenant and win and destroy the halos. I mean come on already they said in the first game that there were oven a 100 halos. Halo 100 come on now give it a rest guys.

I would give so many so a little known company called Bungie can make a sequel to a relatively obscure game called Hal- wait, no I wouldn't. They've got Microsoft for that anyway.

I would literally throw money at Gabe Newell if it meant Episode 3 would come out quicker.

Perfect Dark 2 and make it like PD1 where it's relatively dark and serious even with the aliens (which I liked btw), I mean PDZ was fine but it was too colourful and cartoonish =( Where's the serious Ms. Dark of yesteryear?
1st thing, there's nothing wrong with colors, 2nd thing, it wasn't cartoonish it just wasn't as good as the old ones. I was expecting a proper sequel with the ripper-spinny-alien-gun-thing in high def
When everyone wear neon green there's something wrong with colours :p Also compare the two joanna dark character models and tell me PDZ Jo doesn't look at least a little characaturish (sp and not a realword obviously)

Easy
Start the sequel to Burnout 3 & stop the sequel to Burnout Paradise.

By the same token I want them to start the sequel to Phantasy Star 4 and stop the sequel to PSO (which will probably look like every other PSO that came before it; it's just getting a little uninspired & repetitive)

Start the sequel to GTA4 (Vice City? San Andreas?; the DLC looks lame) stop the sequel to No More Heroes (unless they plan on putting some effort into making a fun game that doesn't make you grind a lawnmowing/trash collecting/gas pumping minigame).

Dingo's on the money. Geez, that was one good game. Wasn't that the one where you had to take pictures and swing with vines? That's the only Ducktales game I actually remember..

How to make a good sequel to driver
1.Take out all the guns, and use the walking sections for changing cars and entering places. What happened in Driv3r onwards defeated the whole point of the title.
2.Good crash pyshics for more awesome and less frustrating car chases.
3. a flexible replay mode for some good old machinima.
4. Some decent online multipayer.
There you go reflections. It's not that hard now is it?

WE NEED ANOTHER KILLER 7 GAME!
NO WE DON'T. WE ALSO DON"T NEED A NEW NO MORE HEROES GAME
NOR DO WE NEED ANYMORE CAPS!

I wouldn't mind seeing a Killer 7 remake though. Maybe one with actual gameplay.
Suda feels Gameplay is overrated. And we're not allowed to argue with him, as he is ambassador of the moon.

And I would like one with less game halting bugs. But then that's just me.

Those aren't bugs. They're features. He's deconstructing video games. Quite literally I assume.

I would kill Too Human and instead have them make Eternal Darkness 2. Or perhaps just give all my money to Valve so they'll make more stuff for L4D and just generally continue being Valve. Actually, scratch that, I'd give it all to Bay 12 so they could focus less on making money and more on Dwarf Fortress.

I would use my money on making sure CD Projekt makes a sequel to The Witcher. The ending of the first one certainly hints at one!
Also, I would dearly love a REAL SSX4 - that "On Tour" crap was the worst direction I've ever seen a gaming series take.

I would however throw money at Valve, RARE, BioWare and any indie productions which involve new concepts.
RARE? Like i fully agree with you on the other ones but rare? Almost all the next gen versions of the games that they have made have either been sub par or terrible. Nuts and Bolts was a 'fresh' idea, but i think Banjo kazooie 3 would've been more fun. And dont get me started on PDZ, worst game period, thats all im doing now (might review it soon to get some steam out on it) but yea.

Back on the topic i think sega should kill the sonic franchise or at least let it sit there for 20 years so people will at least by it for nostalgic purposes and realize that it couldve been good or stayed its poor quality throughout time. But Sega should be investing in an new version of JSRF, awesome game that was done right by the company that milks franchises. (thats jet set radio 'future' for your information. )

Unless the universe that the first game set up, is really good or the story is good enough that it warrants a sequel then yes. Oh and if the gameplay is improved to a very enjoyable extent then yes.

I'd love to see a sequel to Jade Empire. The gameplay was really fun, I'd love to use more karate/magic moves in the game. Also another Banjo Kazooie game, that is nothing like Nuts N' Bolts in any way shape or form... except for the comedy.
