Make the Germans dissolve Hitlers nationalistic political party for being violent and racist. Then make Americans apologise for fucking japans bumhole in the late feudal period, and make sure that they cooperated and dealt with eachother. Stopped Russia from drooling into Poland and ultimatly making the deal with Germany. Also make up the EU and rebuild Germany into Europe which would have had to become one country.

WWII is clearly WWI's fault: Doing anything regarding WWII is too late. IT needs to be a change between 1890 and 1905. or 1914 and made the Treaty not be such a fuckyou to germany.

Make sure Gavrilo Princip packs a lunch. He packs a lunch, he doesn't go to the cafe to satisfy his post botched assassination munchies, doesn't have a chance encounter with the arch dukes car, no assassination. WW1 either averted or the circumstances changed enough that WW2 doesn't happen (Or again changed enough that its not the WW2 we know).

essentially France and Britain could have stopped Nazi Germany's early advancements early on and Hitler wouldn't have been able to make such huge territorial gains and amass such a huge army

OT: Well I don't really know what would be the best way to prevent both the war in Europe and Asia as both weren't dependent entirely upon one action (or even one for each).
Can't really say what would be a good way to stop the war in Asia as I'm not as familiar with the events that lead up to it (I know Japanese imperialism was on a roll at that time), but as for the war in Europe I probably would have tried to alter the Treaty of Versailles so that the Germans weren't so butthurt over it. That would have gone a long way towards stopping WW2 from ever happening. Plus WW1 had a lot of things that went into making it take place, not just one assassination (which was only the spark that lit the powder-keg).

Kill Adolf Hitlers mother. She was extremely abusive and many historians believe she played a large part in turning Adolf Hitler into the crazy fucker that he was. Without Germany's strong armored divisions and technological prowess I doubt the Italians would have had the balls to declare open war. With both other Axis powers out of the picture Japan would have probably kept to itself.

Actually Hitler pretty much threw away the war with one bad tactical move after the other after the other after the other. Almost all his success in the War and in Germany came from luck and the efforts of the people under him. Hitler was done for the second he declared on Russia, who's leader (Stalin) was so assured Germany wouldn't attack he denied for hours after the invasion had began. Really, killing anybody else besides Hitler would of brought the war to a quicker end.
