I'm a little worried(Not much though.) because the part of my left hand that connects the thumb and pointer finger has started twitching a ton, it happens every second, and doesn't stop, and when I restrain it by taking control I feel pressure on it and a sense of warmth travelling up my hand, sometimes even slight pain. This has just start happening about 30 minutes ago, and I have never had anything like this happen before.
What should I do?

Look up the symptoms on a medical website, and see if you can figure out what's up. If it's something serious, go see a doctor. If it's lethal, to the hospital.

Or, you could just ignore it and try to wait out the weirdness.

I doubt there are many qualified doctors on here, so your best bet is to go see your GP if you're concerned.

A) Don't use a forum to diagnose you, it will end badly
B) Don't try to self diagnose, most self diagnoses are wrong, very wrong.
C) See a doctor. Only a medical professional can truly give you a correct answer.

Even if something someone or something says sounds right, don't bet your life on it.

It's not some freaky erratic demon twitching, it's just a slight vibration almost. I can barely feel it and I didn't notice it until I stared straight at it.

A good rule of thumb is that if it's doing something funny, it's causing you pain, and leaving it alone (or at most stretching it out a little) doesn't help, go talk to a doctor. It's probably nothing, but better safe than sorry, IMO.

Muscle twitchs can be caused by dehydradtion. Try drinking some water or a sports drink, it's worked for me in the past.

Depends where you live... but I think I have had something similar to this before, I just let it be and it was fine.

If your leaning on your arm (i.e, You have your elbow on your desk) you may be trapping your nerve, Causing the twitch.

or it could be something more serious. Try stretching for a minute, then if its still bad, Go to a Dr.

I'm with this guy, don't believe anything you read on the net, go see your GP (You will thank everyone who has said it if it turns out to be nerve damage)

Ill answer your question with one of my own.

Pretty much this. I don't understand why people come here with there medical problems...do they actually expect to get an accurate diagnoses?

Simple fixes: get some rest if you're tired. Fasciculation can occur when you're sleep-deprived or stressed.

Now, if you've been drinking water for the last ten hours and are very well-rested, I don't know what to tell you. Go see a doctor.
