Both companies are said to be making games. One in SF style and one in Tekken style.FargoDog said:I'm no expert on fighting games but don't Street Fighter and Tekken play completely differently? I'm not sure how that's going to work..
But Tekken has Yoshimitsu and his Pogo Sword.SalamanderJoe said:Well luckily I know juggle combos in Tekken and some decent special moves in Street Fighter. I'm set. Sagat vs Bruce Irvin will be cool seeing as they have the same fighting style...except one can throw fireballs.
Thats a point, arent SF characters going to have a major advantage seeing as they can hadouken and Tekken guys cant?
Well if it plays more like Tekken maybe the fireball attacks will be some overly complex and long button combo to make it harder to pull offSalamanderJoe said:Thats a point, arent SF characters going to have a major advantage seeing as they can hadouken and Tekken guys cant?
A Guilty Gear vs Blazblue would be fantastic.-Seraph- said:Well if it plays more like Tekken maybe the fireball attacks will be some overly complex and long button combo to make it harder to pull offSalamanderJoe said:Thats a point, arent SF characters going to have a major advantage seeing as they can hadouken and Tekken guys cant?Hell maybe they will give the Tekken people fireballs too just for shits.
Man all these crossovers are pretty cool but every time I hear of these I die a little on the inside knowing it's not Guilty Gear Vs Blazblue. That's a cross over I'd buy ion a fucking instant, primarily for the sole reason of beating the shit out of Bang with Chipp Zanuff, thus proving whose the better ninja.
It will happen one day, I will make sure it does. Once Blazblue has a character roster as large as Guilty Gears, I will do everything in my power to force Diasuke into making it. Or at the very least make Guilty Gear 3, either or.Radeonx said:A Guilty Gear vs Blazblue would be fantastic.
One can dream, I suppose.
They might as well just call it MUGEN seeing as that is what it would be similar to. It will be the most glorious, biggest, unbalanced cluster fuck of a fighting game ever; and everyone will enjoy and hate every bit of it.The Austin said:Eventually they are just going to have to face the music and make "Street Fighter VS. DC VS. Marvel VS. Mortal Kombat VS. Tatsunoko VS. Tekken VS. Soul Calabur VS. Blaz Blu VS. King of Fighters VS. Samurai Showdown VS. Viva Pinata".
AND IT WILL BE GLORIOUS!
Enjoy it and hate it ALL AT THE SAME TIME!-Seraph- said:They might as well just call it MUGEN seeing as that is what it would be similar to. Chances are the Capcom version will give the Tekken guys some ranged moves and the Konami (?) version will take away most of the SF guys' ranged moves.Glademaster said:I am I the only one doubting this without an actual link? I know there is an image but still they can done. Also how will this even work with the fact that Street Fighter people can throw fireballs.
Ye but either way that would completely break a characters play style so I don't see it working out.Zeromaeus said:Chances are the Capcom version will give the Tekken guys some ranged moves and the Konami (?) version will take away most of the SF guys' ranged moves.Glademaster said:I am I the only one doubting this without an actual link?
