So, lately my physiologist says that I am under too much stress and I need to relax a bit to clear my head. Note: I am not looking for any kind of stress relief involving sex or sexual things. I am simply looking for other ways like meditation, aroma therapy, ect. So, what stress relievers do you recommend or use yourself?

Playing video games where I get to pwn lots of people works for me. Music is also a good alternative, something that makes you smile or laugh

Well, my dream stress reliever is a room full of cheap pottery and a baseball bat, but you seem to be looking for something a little more peaceful, so I guess I can't help you.

Personally, I meditate. Peaceful music, a quiet place or just something that puts you in a tranquil state works.
Hell, if you want to relax, sleep is always an option. Just do something to get your mind off whatever is plaguing you right now.
Exercise helps and yoga would be perfect as it incorporates both mediation and physical exertion.

That's just what I do personally but I haven't met anyone who says that didn't help them.

Walking, exercise generally, watching loads of comedy on youtube.

Zen meditation.

Booze. In moderation.

Meditation is great; it's something I accidentally learned how to do thanks to being a chorus kid throughout my school years. Several times a year, I would be stuck having to sit quietly and listen to a bunch of groups I didn't care about perform while waiting my turn to go on. At some point, while sitting there in the dark listening to classical music, I accidentally figured out how to meditate. It's a great stress reliever, and it even works as a good way to clear your head if you're pissed about something. It also helps with falling asleep when you have insomnia but not enough time to take some medicine to help you sleep, and the meditative state itself is a pretty cool mental state, somewhere between sleep and wakefulness. In other words, meditating to Dark Side of the Moon is actually a viable alternative to getting baked while listening to it, one which doesn't break any laws or carry any risks.

Music, weed, video games, skating, and hanging out with friends. All the stress relief I will ever need.

if you have a bath tub and you like peace and quiet i recommend filling it with water and submerging your ears. it allows very little sound to get to your ears and thus you experience pure silence and the only thing you will hear after a while is your heart beat, it is very comforting

just find whatever makes you fell happy or less stressed and find away to surround yourself in that completely with no other interruptions

I bought a punching bag for the purpose of stress relief. Just spending 5 minutes beating the holy hell out of something, to the point that your arms feel like lead and you're gasping for breath, is a great way to relieve stress. It's also harder to be stressed when you're tired.

Reading, spending time away from a TV/monitor, light exercise. Psychologists (and physiologists, apparently) agree, all are good for the brain.
