Depends on where I am situationally and how stressed

Generally in public its just bottled up and I work it out later either by playing shooters, or games like Blitz the league 2 because breaking a few necks here and there helps

Or by literally working out and running until I no longer can,which oddly enough also occurs if I'm feeling really good too.

However there are some instances (my knuckles can attest) in which there is a rapid build-up and I simply go aggro and punch the nearest wall, though the heavy bag that I got last year has lessened those incidents, music works nicely too I suppose.
