I'm always stressing about something. I've learned to ignore it. For the most part it's over stuff I have to do in the future, such as work, college, and driving.

I don't get stressed.
If I am, you know there's a shitstorm coming your way.
I hate people who stress and throw a tantrum about every little thing. They need a knife in the face.

Pineapples make me stressed out. I love to eat them, but they have too much sugar.
So I just drink a diet soda to de-stress

I used to workout... for like a solid 2 hours to deal with my stress or when i was mad. Now I smoke but i'm trying to get back to lifting weights i'm just too lazy right now, and too much school work.

I like pineapples.

When I get stressed, I either just whine, or I take one of my crowbars and beat the hell out of something.
Not that it feels good or anything. Kind of an empty feeling, sadly.

When I do get stressed, usually by schoolwork, it feels petty and I'm ashamed to call it stressed. I usually get rid of it by playing a violent video game and killing maybe four people, provided they don't kill me.

I can ignore anything to far beyond the point of which it should have been done, mostly because I do not feel any stress. And yes, I like pineapples.

Well I have a 2000 word essay on European Iron Age burials due in tomorrow. When I finish that at around 3-4 in the morning I shall put on some music and have a relaxing sleep.

Thats what I usually do when I'm stressed. I sleep. Lots.

I don't really deal with it, I just live with it.

I suppose I already do run, so that might help without my knowing...

When I get stressed, I either work out or I drink cans of Monster, which doesn't help but I like it.

I usually listen to music and just lay on my bed. It really does work for me.
Writing and playing video games helps as well, but I do that on a daily basis, so I guess it doesn't count. xD

And no, I don't really like pineapples that much.

omfg...time to rant

SO finals are coming up in two weeks at my university.
So what does my professor do? Instead of giving us labs in my digital signal processing class throughout the year, he decides to give lectures on the theories on the shit the whole year and the last 2 weeks of classes, he decides to give us 3 projects and a research paper on z transforms, with some random homework assignment!

MATLAB is making me go insane!!! OMFG!!! If anyone knows how to use that program, can someone message me or something?

Yes, I am stressed and I like pineapples, lol

120 pushups, 5 x 2 minute planks or 2 x those and 3 x 1:30 leg lifts. Followed by a 5k or longer run, a 12 mile bike if I have time, and a mile swim if the pool's still open.

I'm doing my AS exams this year, and I do stress about them, but I don't do anything to get rid of that stress. I do go to a gym, it helps me blow off steam a bit, but it doesn't completely distract me.
I do not like pineapples. They taste icky.

120 push ups straight? Is that possible?

I do about 60 every night, pull ups, dumbells and a 10 minute plank. But I don't find those to be good for stress relief, I just do them to stay in shape.

When I'm stressed, I put my hands behind my head and imitate Dr. Cox.
And then I'll go for a walk or go cycling for 15-30 minutes, then I'm fine.
