Don't get too worked up about GCSE's they're not the end of the world. I'm doing my final exams for my degree and find scheduling relaxation time, and planing your day is really useful.
Oh god, Hell no. I'd die after 50 I think.Lemon Of Life said:120 push ups straight? Is that possible?firedfns13 said:120 pushups, 5 x 2 minute planks or 2 x those and 3 x 1:30 leg lifts. Followed by a 5k or longer run, a 12 mile bike if I have time, and a mile swim if the pool's still open.
I do about 60 every night, pull ups, dumbells and a 10 minute plank. But I don't find those to be good for stress relief, I just do them to stay in shape.
A levels are much less stressful than GCSE's in my opinion. I'm doing IT, Physics, Maths mechanics and English Literature. I hated GCSE's.KillerMidget said:If you find GCSEs stressful you'll love A Levels.
Stress, you say? College finals in a week... speaking of which, I need to be studying. Damn you, addictive Escapist!Lemon Of Life said:What do you do if you get stressed? Do you often get stressed? Why? Do you like pineapples?
I'm getting kinda worked up about my GCSE (important exams for 15-16 year olds for you non-UKians), and I've found that running every day has really helped. You really feel that you've accomplished something, and when you get good enough, it's fun. I'm normally sort of laid back, so I'm not really stressed out often, but my Chemistry 3 exam is going to be extremely difficult, and I'm worried that it'll hold me back from getting the university placement I want.
I only like pineapples in juice form.
Hm, I don't even have that. I'm probably going to end up beating the shit out of someone. I feel pent up right now and I'm not even doing anything.Andalusa said:I'm doing my AS exams this year, and I do stress about them, but I don't do anything to get rid of that stress. I do go to a gym, it helps me blow off steam a bit, but it doesn't completely distract me.
