Stuck in Citadel Fallout 3, NEED HELP ASAP

I only have one save and it's when doctor Li and Lyons are suppose to be talking, the only thing is that Li is stuck behind some dude at the entrance. I am "frozen" and can't use pip-boy, weapons, or even move! So is there a way to fix it or am I fucked?

OT: As for your predicament there are times in which that happens, happened to me in New Vegas once. You'll have to hope that Li can push the person in front of her because the NPCs can do that at times. If not then I think you're in trouble. Question, what platform are you playing Fallout 3 on?

Well then this can pose a problem then. Really you'll just have to hope that Li can move that character, it may takes some time though, unless the character that's blocking her is moving back to where he was standing before. You may have to start a new file unfortunately. You should always keep at least 2 save files when it comes to Bethesda RPGs because they are really buggy and glitches like those can happen a lot.
