Ok so right now I'm studying for two test.
-Honors Algebra
-Honors world cultures

Now I have no problem studying the math since its a test on the square roots 1-25 which is easy.

What I have a problem with is world cultures. Now History is by far my best class, since I love it. But I always get low A's or high B's since, the only thing I learn during class is what we go over in class.
I mean for some reason in class everything just STICKS in my head. And when at home I study but dont learn/ remember anything for it.And this is for all classes too.
So does anyone have an idea as to how to get me to remember, while studying by myself?
As for discussion does this happen to you, or something like it?

Here's how I study: I stay up till 3 in the morning procrastinating the night before an exam, then panic and stare blankly at my notes until I fall asleep from exhaustion.

I recommend it!

I know this sounds dumb, but it works. If you need to study something you haven't learned very well, do random problems on that subject. It really does work. Especially in math, but in memorization-type subjects (like history or chem) too.

I record myself reading my notes, I'm one of those audio learners so I find it really helpful.

Hey glad to see that I'm not the only one who does that!
Well, what works for me is reading my notes out loud to myself.

I never have studied for a test, but I still have a 4.0 GPA for every year of school yet. Maybe I'm a good test taker.
