Stuff You'd Replace In A Game

During my usual, constant stumble around the interwebs, I came across this little snippet from my childhood.
After I got over feeling un-manly after watching it for about the 600th time, I got to thinking;
"Where the hell are these Muses in Kingdom Hearts?"
Hercules' world's been in every Kingdom Hearts game so far (I think) and yet they haven't found a way of working these guys in.
I'd love Kingdom Hearts II so much more if when I was forced into performing musicals, I got to listen to this rather than some lovey-dovey, wishy-washy romantic donkey dumps from The Little Mermaid.

So as an excuse to post this epic song of epicness on the Escapist, I came up with this;
If you could take out something from a game and replace it something you'd prefer, what'd it be?
Big or small, be it a change to gameplay, story, graphics, whatever, doesn't matter. I just want to see what you wish had, or hadn't, been in games right from the get-go.

Also, sorry if this thread's been done recently and/or a lot. I did search, but saying my forum searching skills are lacking would be an understatement.

I think I would take those golf ball-like galaxies from Super Mario Galaxy and replace them with normal levels. I would also replace the bubble galaxies in the same way. All of them were a real pain to do and only served to infuriate me.

I'd replace the story in Gears 2 with a good story.

Also, I'd replace the protagonists from Silent Hill 4-Homecoming with Ash Ketchum from Pokemon, and every weapon in those games with pokemon.
I'd enjoy the games so much more
Although the weapon degradation system in Origins would fit in weirdly with the pokemon. (After 4 thunder shocks, Pikachu faints?!)

Please make one sandbox game have decent AI. Preferably Saints Row 2. I doubt a policeman would run over three people, a fire hydrant, and three cars to chase me. I mean, all I did was steal a car, and I'm instantly on the same list as a terrorist.

Yeah, some decent energy weapons would have been nice.

Hot lead beats futuristic sci-fi plasma any day!

Take out all the maps that aren't called Avalanche, and all the game modes that aren't called 2 Flag or One Bomb Assault from Halo 3's matchmaking, and all the playlists that aren't called 24/7 Avalanche 8v8.

Seriously, those map and gametype combos were the best thing Halo has ever done.
