Stupid e-bay

i ordered a game on e-bay from a thing called shoppingspreellc. a week later it still hasnt even shipped and the estimated delivery date that they gave me is well over. they wont even answer my e-mails.

what should i do? tomorrow i can open a case against them and possibly get my money back, i also see the same game being offered for a little less than what i got the game for. i dont want to purchase it because i could theoretically end up with two copies of the same game?

should i give up and order the other copy? should i stick it out until saturday or something? should i file a report against them?

this wouldnt have been as big of a problem if this wasnt my week off from college before i have to start the summer semester. the last time i ordered a game i ordered it on the same day of the week and around the same time, thursday early morning, and it arrived monday. the only thing that is different is the last game was from an individual and i think this is a company. if so, shouldnt they have their act together? they have a 98.9 percent rep and alot of their feedback says that they ship fast? was i wrong to order from them? was i wrong to expect the same fast shipping that other customers got and that i got the last time i bought a game on e-bay?

Hmmm 666 posts might have something to do with it but to be more sincere things happen, maybe they lost the package, maybe the truck delivering it was in a high speed chase and ran off a cliff. These are things that are out of your control, I'd just wait till Saturday, then if you haven't heard anything get your money back.

It's a pretty mixed kinda thing when it comes to shipping on ebay...
Some things I've bought off there have arrived the next day, some other ones took 2 weeks.

The norm is wait a week, contact the seller, if they don't reply and you haven't gotten the item within 7 days of contact, file a claim.
Either you will get the item or ebay will give you your money back if the claim isn't resolved in 30 days.

Feedback is easily faked, file a dispute and get your cash back. If you're lucky it will spur them into action, if not you'll get your cash back.

As many have said, file a dispute, ebay will sort it out from there on. If theres still no action even after ebay steps in, use their lawyer servvice squaretrade. They WILL get the job done.

File a grievance claim and send a negative letter to the seller.

Wait a week after the ETA until you file a grievance. There isn't much you can do besides that.
