Well Sas, put your hand on your desk, so the palm is facing upwards.
Now look at the ends of your fingers.
Imagine, that instead of flesh and bone, most of it is gone except the edges, giving it it's general shape, and in the flesh's place is an empty space, where you can see hundreds of tiny little things that look like miniscule teeth, all around the inside of the entire hole, except for where your bone comes into the gap, where there is simply a hollow stump, that stops just after the teeth do.
Imagine this is also happening in your heels.
Heels that you walk on every day, and fingers that you use for typing, with holes in that you could fit a pen in.
