At the great personal risk of making a bad first impression, I come simply to ask for some concrete information about submiting a pitch for an artcle. I read the submission guidelines rather closely, and it mentioned an Editorial Calendar, when I checked for one all I could find was a yearold posting that made it sound like there's no longer any formal submissions and I could just send a word document saying "this is my idea".

Any help in finding the right course of action & formatting to go with it would me much appeciated.
