complete with people saying how it was distrusting and or unsettling to them just to help frame it so you know how you're supposed to feel.
Oh no, people have an opinion on their (accurate) porn tags that you don't agree with

Like, you know why people tag their porn, right?

Is he unhappy?
He's neutral. Who knows if I check his twitter though lol

For how lacking your knowledge seems to be that so called flamer is probably just a stubba.
and yet I apparently beat your lore knowledge lol

If I am wrong in what I claimed them prove me so. However we both know you can't do that especially because of the founding and establishment of the sisterhood and how it happened lol.

Because that opinion isn't at all trying to frame a product by pointing to previous works and implying you shouldn't support them because they made said works in the past.

Life is easier when you don't get mad at the things people say only in your own head
Oh I'm sorry are you trying to say they didn't say what they're quoted as saying. Cause that seems like you're either accusing the Dailydot writer of lying or you're trying to gaslight here.

There's literally no line saying you shouldn't support them.
They just give a completely accurate, if anything *understated*, description of some of Studio FoW's previous work.

It's an entirely neutral piece.

There's no line saying it's in any way good either.

No, see, a "dog whistle" is a phrase that should seem innocuous to the general population but obvious to people "in the know".

And dude, I'm not hearing any whistling.

Maybe their suggesting an anti-whistle. It's clearly not praising it enough for Dwarvenhobble. Maybe their just like me and just don't care or even understand why I should. Most of this stuff by StudioFOW is just trying to create drama and hype (which is normal for publishers to do such a thing eg. Cyberpunk).

And the dogwhistle article would be the DailyDot one.......... are you purposely being obtuse?

The same daily dot article that you posted that accurately described Studio FoW's output and had two people's take on their porn tags?

Like, I don't know what level of internet poisoning you need to have to not realize that "brutal monster rape" is a tag that a lot of people aren't gonna respond well to and may...complicate your PR after you give exclusive coverage to 40k's own perma-banned Quartering.

Describes while adding in personal feelings of the writers to help frame said works and help people know how to feel about it.

That entirely depends on the circles you travel in. I mean in some horror film communities that's really not going to be some world ending shock when a recent film literally depicted FGM. It's also framing peoples present work using their previous stuff. I mean imagine if people did that with Jame's Gunn's previous work and I don't know edgy statements online and used that as evidence to try and go after him or push companies to drop him due to his time at Troma films......................

The difference in the horror community being that if they hear somebody saying "wow, that's really fucked up, what the fuck", they respond with "yeah, isn't it though?šŸ˜ˆ"

Like, the response to Gunn's old work (ignoring that the "controversy" was ginned up by Mike "date rape doesn't exist" Cernovich as an explicitly bad faith attack) was "yeah, it's a horror movie, it was fucked up". And it did, in fact, complicate PR temporarily. So it's fair to point out a similar situation here.
